At Blockistry, we take care to prepare every artwork according to the agreed specifications. Our refund and return policy therefore depends on whether the order is a standard product or a custom-made order.

Custom Orders

Because custom artwork is created specifically according to the customer's requirements, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

A minimum 20% upfront payment is required before work begins on a custom order. This payment covers the initial commitment and preparation for the order.

If a customer cancels a custom order after production has started, the upfront payment may not be refundable.

Quality Issues or Damage

We take responsibility for genuine quality issues or damage that occurs before the order reaches the customer.

If you receive an artwork with a significant manufacturing/quality issue or damage, please contact us first by email at blockistry.pk@gmail.com.

Please provide:

• Your order details

• Clear photographs of the issue

• Clear photographs of the packaging, where applicable

• A brief explanation of the problem

Our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

Minor Variations

For handmade, artistic, or custom-made products, minor variations in appearance, texture, color, dimensions, or finishing may occur. Such variations are considered a normal part of the handmade/custom process and may not qualify as a defect or reason for a refund.

Where a specific design, color, size, or specification has been agreed upon before production, Blockistry will make reasonable efforts to follow the agreed requirements.

Change of Mind

Returns or refunds are generally not accepted simply because a customer changes their mind, particularly once a custom order has entered production.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review and confirm their custom requirements before production begins.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will be communicated to the customer after the issue has been reviewed and the refund has been approved.

Shipping charges and other non-refundable costs may not be included in the refund where applicable.
